Design Introduction

SpacEND ZERO Dynamic headphone amplifier adopts full electronic tube circuit, PCB circuit board adopts a new processing technology to ensure the reliability of signal transmission. The input adopts the original Lundahl input cow from Switzerland as the first level buffer, the volume adjustment adopts the 23 gear band switch from seidon, Japan, and the high-precision AMRS carbon resistor from Japan uses the German hi-end For the potentiometer handmade by QEL solder, two JJ ecc802s is used for line voltage amplification, one JJ ecc802s is used for driving stage, and two JJ are used for output 6v6s, all two coupling capacitors are German mondorf copper foil advanced fever capacitors, two feedback coupling capacitors are German mondorf Evo gold silver oil immersed capacitors, the signal channel is connected with the internal line of the main working power supply part, and single crystal silver and single crystal copper wire are used for connection

The chassis adopts all aluminum design, and SpacEND 3D shockproof nails are used for foot nails. All transformers are sealed with epoxy resin to ensure that the vibration of the whole machine is controlled within the minimum range

The main power supply design of the SpacEND zero dynamic headphone amplifier adopts the working structure of a 150 Watt power transformer. The voltage amplification power supply is completely independent of the output power supply. A 6x4 electronic tube is introduced into the power supply channel of the whole machine as a high-voltage buffer. The whole machine is powered by AC filament. In order to improve the signal-to-noise of the whole machine, the CLC filter circuit of the choke is introduced, and the full line voltage stabilizing circuit is added. The rectifier part adopts four original mr760 diodes from the United States, and the high-voltage filter capacitor adopts two original Mallory feverish high-voltage capacitors from the United States to ensure the pure, high-speed and energetic amplifier power supply
